JOB DESCRIPTION

The Warehouse Manager/Logistics Analyst is responsible for accurately gathering and analyzing data related to our warehouse operations to identify opportunities for process improvements and to enhance efficiencies. In addition to these essential duties, the job candidate is expected to possess strong leadership, management experience and must take initiative.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of standard warehouse practices
  • Training and experience in analytical job duties in logistics
  • Experience implementing and training in warehouse functions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, expertise in excel preferred, experience in data warehouse management preferred.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Preferred degree in Supply Chain Management and or Industrial Engineering.
  • Previous experience in warehouse management and/or logistical analysis

Responsibilities:

Specific duties include but are not limited to:

  • Collect, interpret, and analyze several types of logistical data for inbound orders, storage, and outbound orders.
  • Create and maintain databases of logistical information.
  • Track inventory through the supply chain.
  • Review warehouse processes and procedures to identify, recommend and implement improvements and maximization of efficiency.
  • Use analytical methods to create and implement labor scheduling.
  • Creation and evaluation of logistical and labor KPIs.
  • Perform root cause analysis of errors and identify and implement methods for improvement.
  • Analyze current space management and develop options for future expansion.
  • Participate in the daily management of warehouse functions.
