EDUCATION

  • Degree qualified in Supply chain, business administration or other relevant education is considered advantageous.

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE

  • Significant Warehouse related experience in a Pharmaceutical environment or similar.
  • Has a well-rounded exposure to all areas of this discipline, in particular GMP considerations and inventory control.
  • Experience in owning / driving functional and cross function team excellence/business performance.
  • Must have a proven track record in a leadership capacity within a fast paced commercially focused manufacturing facility within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience of working within a highly regulated multinational contract manufacturing environment advantageous.

PERSONAL SKILLS

  • Must have a proven track record of progressively increased responsibility within a Warehouse environment
  • Significant expertise in SAP and related warehouse management processes and systems. Familiar with requirements of cGMP regulations in warehouse management.
  • Familiar with GMP cold chain transportation.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for the leadership and development of the Warehouse team in the successful delivery of all associated functional objectives and KPI’s.
  • Assume leadership for warehouse management on-site, support warehouse management for both domestic and global MFG factories.
  • Ensure timely receiving, storing, dispatching, weighing, assembly and distribution of materials and products by the Warehouse team.
  • Collaborate closely with finance and operations department on CAPEX management and physical count.
  • Responsible for warehouse storage capacity management, supporting layout design and warehouse management for both domestic and global warehouses for commercial deployment and R&D.
  • Establish and monitor the warehouse storage capacity, facility and personnel to meet current and future requirements.
  • Determine the functional KPI’s together with the functional area goals and milestones, aligned with the Supply Chain Management and business strategy.
  • Support the design, validation, hands-over, staffing and other related works for both domestic and global warehouse, which stages are under construction or newly built for commercial deployment and R&D.
  • Ensure cGMP compliance adherence within the Warehouse.
  • Preparing GMP official audit and client audit, ensure no critical or major findings leads to business being disqualified or any project loss from client.
  • Be responsible for management of SOPs, deviation, CAPA and Change Management for audit and inspection purposes.
