4th Dimension Innovation Ltd is currently recruiting for a Motorcycle Warehouse Operative to join our team at our Egham site. If you have a background in warehousing and stock management, along with a genuine passion for motorcycles, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We are looking for someone who takes pride in providing essential support to ensure the smooth operations of our teams.
As a Motorcycle Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for the efficient management of motorcycle stock, supporting our Logistics, Assessment, Repair, and Salvage operations. Your duties will include maintaining accurate records, physically moving motorcycles and parts, managing personal effects, organizing waste segregation for recycling, and assisting the FSHE Manager with routine maintenance and facility inspections.

Required Experience/Qualifications/Skills:

• Possession of a car license and comfortable driving a long wheel-based van
• Forklift experience/license desirable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a physically demanding role (experience in moving heavy motorbikes is helpful)
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills, able to work methodically, quickly, and efficiently
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and responsible mindset
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Possession of a motorcycle license is desirable
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and legislation, such as the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974
