We at the Peterborough Customer Delivery Centre are looking to welcome full-time Nightshift Warehouse Operatives to join our ever-expanding team. This is an amazing opportunity for you to learn on the job! No experience is necessary, full training will be provided on-site and adapted to your needs.
In the IKEA world, we call this position a Warehouse Co-worker.
Due to Health & Safety regulations, applicants must be over the age of 18.
All successful applicants will be invited to an assessment centre on site. The assessment centre will take around 2 hours and will include an interview and group activity.
Assessment centres scheduled: 19th June onwards.
Start date: 8th July 2024

We are looking for talented people to join IKEA as a warehouse co-worker to help us pick, pack, load, and dispatch orders for our customers. You will learn the world of logistics; from dispatching both truck and parcel orders, to managing inbound products and replenishing stock levels. A key part of the Warehouse Operative role will be driving different Forklift Trucks to make the process quick and simple.
