JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Operative’s to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent attention to detail, and have a passion for producing high-quality food products. This role involves working on production lines, conducting quality checks, handling raw meats, and operating within a flour environment. The ability to lift up to 25kg pastry pins and perform repetitive tasks is essential.

KEY SKILLS OF A WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE

Proficiency in using handheld picking guns or RF scanners.
Ability to operate pallet trucks and other warehouse equipment safely.
Strong attention to detail for accurate order picking and packing.
Good organizational skills for maintaining inventory and workspace.
Physical stamina for lifting and moving heavy items.
Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
Effective communication skills for reporting issues and coordinating with team members.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Problem-solving skills for addressing discrepancies and damaged goods.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Pack and label picked items securely for shipping.
Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
Restock shelves and organize products as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Report damaged or missing goods to supervisors.
Complete necessary paperwork and electronic records for order processing.
