Description:
The role of Warehouse Operative is a key position within our company, the safety-conscious individual will be a good problem solver with excellent attention to detail. You should be motivated to exceed targets whilst working with a team and individually at times This role requires a process-driven individual who enjoys working under pressure and being adaptable to performing different tasks.

Responsibilities:
AS A FULFILMENT OPERATIVE, YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
- Accurately picking customer orders from our Fulfilment Centre ensuring a high level of detail is upheld for each order to reduce errors.
- Ensuring stock is organised efficiently and correctly whilst also ensuring a high level of stock accuracy through counts.
- Being self-aware and maintaining a safe working environment whilst adhering to the Health and Safety guidelines.
- Adapting to process changes and providing feedback on the changes both positive and constructive.
- Supporting other members of our team as and when required and being flexible
You will be expected to communicate effectively with your colleagues and always maintain a ‘can-do’ attitude, although we operate on a fixed shift pattern, we require a flexible approach from our team members to support the needs of the business. You will be expected to perform other ad-hoc duties as required. The hours for this role are Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 24 hours per week.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE.
- Ability to demonstrate a customer-centric approach to working
- Experience using Handheld devices for picking/ packing and other tasks
- Experience accurately picking, packing and dispatching orders under time constraints.
- Experience using a warehouse management ERP system.
- Experience in packing non-standard products safely for shipping
- Experience in loading pallets safely and correctly.
