JOB OVERVIEW
The Warehouse Operative will maintain high standards working as a member of a highly effective and efficient team, looking to maximise profits at every opportunity. Helping to drive the branch to achieve a balanced performance along with delivering exceptional standards it is the responsibility of the General Assistant to deliver great customer service.
Reporting to the Operations Manager/Warehouse Supervisor, the role will work as part of the LKQ Euro Car Parts team to drive high branch performance and operational standards which link to the organisation’s strategy and plan – ultimately ensuring delivery on the customer promise.

Responsibilities:
- Contributing to the branch warehouse operations and customer service
- Ensuring all areas of the warehouse always conform to Health and Safety legislation
- Working to deliver a balanced performance across key business metrics and KPI measures in line with business goals and objectives
- Ensuring the branch is fully compliant in line with the branch standards to maintain a balanced performance.
- Providing a safe working environment within the warehouse for all team members and visitors
- Participating in a structured daily briefing to ensure you understand the key objectives and measures
- Achieving operational excellence by adhering to the branch standards
- Ensuring the branch is operationally efficient and correct controls and measures are in place to support stock management
- Focused to deliver a safety-first culture at all times
- Adhering to the returns, credits and warranty processes therefore enhancing customer experience and creating frictionless processes
- Delivering on shelf availability through completion of daily PI, Book In Book Out and annual stock take
