Warehouse Operative

at  UCC Coffee UK Limited

Assist in the day to day operation of the UCC Warehouse. responsible for managing stock levels, the courier system, warehouse security and the Health and Safety of the goods yard.

Responsibilities:

• Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type, and acceptable quality
• Making sure that all inventory processes are completed on the same day
• Use Mechanical Handling Equipment i.e. fork lift trucks to move goods
• Pick, pack and label products
• Wrap & remove pallets from production area as required
• Load and unload delivery vehicles
• Store products safely and assist with month end stock takes
• Manage daily returns from the Logistics couriers

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Previous Warehouse role experience
• Current Fork Truck and Flexi Truck Licence
• Patience to carry out repetitive tasks
• Good observational skills to spot defective products
• Good team working with the ability to work on your own
• Ability to follow strict health and safety guidelines
• A willingness to work flexibly
  Salary: €26,416 + Company Vehicle + 25 days holiday + EAP + Life Assurance + other Company benefit
