Warehouse Operator (Zürich, Switzerland)

We are looking for a Warehouse Operator to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our warehouse, logistics and manufacturing floor of Sunflower Labs Beehive system. You will be responsible for warehouse management, procurement, logistics, and order fulfillment. You will ensure that our warehouse is running smoothly and efficiently, and that our customers receive their orders on time and in good condition. This position is for an on-site employee for our Zurich office.

Tasks

• Oversee the receiving, storage, and picking and packing of inventory
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure that orders are delivered on time and in good condition
• Maintain accurate inventory records and track inventory levels
• Resolve any warehouse issues or problems in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and production floor
• Make sure that assembled and tested systems are prepared for customer deliveries
• Packaging, shipping and tracking deliveries of incoming and outgoing packages

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse management, logistics or a related field preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Logistiker(-in) EFZ preferred
• Work permit in Switzerland required
