REQUIRED SKILLS TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Proficiency in recognizing and understanding part numbers and alpha/numeric codes.
• Ability to work autonomously with some guidance.
• Skill in following written instructions and documented procedures.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, early mornings, and weekends.
• Capability to perform basic math operations and multitask effectively.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy materials or equipment (up to 30 lbs) throughout the workday.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

Join our team and play a crucial role in our fast-paced warehouse environment! As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring the accuracy and quality of automotive spare parts and accessories. Your main tasks will involve receiving, sorting, and packing incoming parts with precision to guarantee error-free and damage-free shipments.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside a high-performing team, where exceeding productivity and quality targets is the norm. Safety is our top priority, and you’ll be expected to strictly adhere to all operational procedures and company policies at all times.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Receive and meticulously deconsolidate incoming parts.
• Employ expert sorting techniques and adhere to packaging guidelines to ensure flawless packing and shipping.
• Maintain impeccable organization within the warehouse, storing items in an accessible manner.
• Conduct accurate inventory reconciliations through physical counts.
• Execute bin stock replenishment efficiently.
• Follow special instructions for individual orders to meet customer requirements.
• Contribute to the cleanliness, safety, and efficiency of our facility.
