PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

A vacancy has arisen with Presidio for an IT Warehouse Specialist based at the Procurement Logistics Centre in Unit41, Park West. Previous experience and knowledge of the logistics and warehouse industry is essential for this role. The Presidio warehouse is a fact-paced, dynamic operation that requires a dedicated and hard working applicant who isnt averse to being ‘hands-on’. The IT Warehouse Specialist role will act as the main point of contact for specific customer related projects.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take a customer focused approach to managing IT related projects
• Ensure material and inventory transactions are accurate and fully completed within SLAs
• Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Communicating and co-ordinatinating with other departments, teams and customers
• Identifying areas for continous improvement and implement meassures to improve existing work procedures and practices
• Maintaing high standards and quality on processes in all warehouse aspects
• Deploying images across mulitple computers using imaging software or deployment tools
• Create and maintain detailed process documents on all activties
