The opportunity: Our client, a global leader in food service distribution, is expanding its operations in Newcastle West and is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor (Evening shift) to join their team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure compliance with all warehouse and delivery processes
- Support cross-shift management in monitoring performance standards and improvements
- Maintain facility hygiene and maintenance to the highest standards
- Manage health and safety, incident reporting, and investigations
- Ensure adherence to and management of security procedures
- Oversee the maintenance and correct usage of equipment and MHE
Requirements:
- Knowledge of various roles, including driver, shunter, trunker, loader, selector, receiving, and FLT functions
- Excellent understanding of internal transport and compliance procedures, including Department of Transport regulations
- Flexibility in working hours
- Ability to work independently
- Clean attendance, punctuality, disciplinary, and health and safety record
- Security-conscious with excellent organizational and people skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
