This is your role:

• You coordinate and functionally lead operational processes in our e-commerce fulfillment center and complete receiving, shipping and packing tasks as needed.
• You ensure a smooth onboarding and training of new team members.
• In close alignment with warehouse management you support shift planning processes, conduct stand-up meetings and schedule daily assignments.
• You have a close eye on performance metrics and support warehouse management in the improvement of operational processes.
• You collaborate with our Customer Service and Supply Chain teams.
