As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Your role involves managing goods receipt and dispatch, optimizing stock levels, maintaining compliance with regulations, and ensuring high standards of quality and service for customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming goods, inspect quality, reconcile quantities, and sign for deliveries.
  • Input delivery details into SAGE MRP system using the Goods Received Note (GRN) procedure.
  • Assemble and pack goods for dispatch following internal procedures and packaging materials.
  • Ensure dispatched goods meet high standards expected by the business and customers.
  • Maintain clear and accurate labeling of dispatched goods, reorder packaging materials as needed.
  • Manage storage, customers, freight forwarders, and comply with domestic and international regulations.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service to ensure correct paperwork accompanies dispatches.
  • Manage stock levels for raw materials and finished goods, optimize warehouse space, and maintain cleanliness.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and month-end stock-takes, updating SAGE MRP system for accuracy.
  • Manage disposal of production waste materials and prepare materials for factory issues.
  • Provide support for data input into SAGE MRP System and assist with local deliveries or collections.
