Warehouse Supervisor

JOB SCOPE:

• Manage a team of staff from Warehouse to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Responsible for inventory management, ensuring timely and submissions of required documents to office/management.
• Conduct periodic cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy at all times
• Lead, guide, coach, mentor and motivate staff, to optimum performance, effective and efficient deliverables.
• Initiate improvements in various processes to enhance Operations.
• Review work processes and procedures to drive continual improvement and productivity.
• Work closely with internal department, such as Trade Finance, Finance, Planning and Shipping etc, in resolving issues encountered or to meet deliverables.Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years experience in the related field
• Able to commit to OT as and when required
• Team player and able to work in a face paced environment
