Responsibilities:
This role is a Permanent full-time position on a 7:7 roster, FIFO from Townsville or Brisbane, or DIDO from Mount Isa.
As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for safe, efficient, and effective Warehousing operations.
Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:
- Lead a team in supporting Warehouse culture and ensuring standards are adhered to in accordance with South32 Values
- Manage Warehouse Inbound and outbound logistics, including managing site deliveries as required
- Effective Inventory Management through planned and timely warehousing processes such as stock receipts, stock issues, stock takes and reporting
- Ensure the Warehouse is secured and kept to a high level of housekeeping and tidiness
- Manage warehouse safety risks by ensuring proper controls are in place and in accordance with our SWI’s, systems, procedures, processes, and South32 values
