JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and manage our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management with a focus on inventory control best practices, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control best practices.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field or equivalent working experience.
- Proven involvement in warehouse management and inventory control with at least 5 years of experience in cycle counting or similar roles, preferably in an automotive or manufacturing setting.
- Experience working with a CRM and inventory management software programs
- QuickBooks knowledge is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Supervise warehouse staff and oversee daily operations.
- Ensure efficient and timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders and meet customer requirements.
- Develop and implement cycle count strategies to improve inventory accuracy and reduce discrepancies.
- Conduct regular audits to identify root causes of inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain documentation of cycle count procedures, results, and improvements.
- Implement best practices in inventory management to optimize warehouse efficiency.
- Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
