We are currently hiring for a warehouse Team Lead in the Mississauga area
Mississauga ON

  a global leader in engineering and manufacturing automotive systems, bearing solutions, and high-performance machine tools.
  Position: Warehouse Lead Hand
  Shift: 8am-4:30pm Monday to Friday
  Salary: 50k-55k with some Lead Hand/Supervisor experience

Responsibilities:

• 70% of the day managing desk
• Looking for a STRONG candidate with experience running a shipping desk and delegate tasks to a team of 5.

The Lead Hand will also be responsible for the day-to-day functions in the warehouse managers absence. No direct reports but it will help if the candidate has lead/supervisory experience.

• Assisting with picking and packaging when needed
• Operating the Counterbalance and Reach when needed
• Clear background check
• Responsible and reliable
• Must have own vehicle to get to and from work and live local to us!
• Must be certified on the Counterbalance and Reach
• Systems we use SAP and Oracle
