What you will be doing

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:


  • Requires a post secondary education in business administration, supply chain management obtained through the completion of a college or university degree program or a minimum of one year related job experience.

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:


  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

  • Good analytical and mathematical skills

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail

  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • Good decision making skills

  • Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates the accurate and efficient process of receiving, stocking, shipping, replenishment and picking of merchandise.
  • Ensures compliance with all Health Canada government regulations.
  • Ensures cleanliness of the facility is maintained.
  • Ensures compliance with all applicable safety policies and procedures.
  • Assists the Warehouse Supervisor with developing and recommending plans to improve current warehouse processes and configurations to promote efficiency.
  • Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with Distribution Center employees.
  • Assists the Warehouse Supervisor with the, training and performance management of warehouse employees. Tracks and monitors daily attendance and overtime as needed.
  • Responsible for motivating and directing the work of others.
  • Oversee the management of Cubixx, process review and inventory allocation. Product labeling, and staff allocation as required.
  • Performs related duties as assigned.

  • May be required to be on standby/ on call as part of this role.
