Warehouse Team Leader/Manager (Permanent)

CONTRACT TYPE: PERMANENT

Due to continued growth and expansion, we are currently seeking a Warehouse Lead/Supervisor to join our client based at their new site in Sheffield on a permanent basis.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• Previous experience in a warehouse setting is essential
• Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or team leader role is required
• Forklift Truck (FLT) licence is preferred
• Must have reliable transportation to commute to the site
• Flexibility to work overtime as required

• Oversee and manage a small team to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper inventory management procedures are followed.
• Provide support and guidance to team members, fostering a positive working environment.
• Monitor and drive performance to achieve key performance indicators.
• Assist in the picking and packing of orders.
• Be flexible to assist in other departments when required.
