SKILLS & EXPERIENCE OF A WAREHOUSE TEAM LEADER

• Warehouse Supervisor experience with a minimum of 2 years within a similar industry.
• Computer literate and experience of using WMS
• Flexibility is required to work to the needs of the business
• FLT Reach - desirable
• Ability to manually lift upto 20kgs

• Using bespoke Warehouse Management Software to record incoming/outgoing stock
• Managing goods in procedure and the inbound/outbound of shipments
• Ensure all orders are dispatched promptly and in time for collections
• Quality checking products prior to receipt/dispatch
• General warehouse duties, including labelling, picking and packing against orders
• Complete stock checks as and when required
• Operate an FLT Reach and Counterbalance
• Key holding and opening/locking up of the premises on an ad-hoc basis
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure all health and safety policies are followed
• Effectively communicate with all departments including Warehouse Manager
