Job Description

The DC Returns Team Member is responsible for daily DC operations in the returns department.

  • Receive, process, and transfer stock according to company procedures.
  • Pick stock to designated areas and conduct cycle counts.
  • Collaborate with team to develop safer procedures and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Embrace teamwork for efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness.
  • Report incidents, handle products safely, and comply with WH&S policies.
  • Implement training to minimise incidents.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • LF license required
  • Preferably experienced with appliances, furniture, or bulky items
  • Strong safety focus and keen attention to detail
  • Proficient in multitasking
  • Excellent team player with good communication skills
  • Possesses a proactive and can-do attitude
