REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
1+ years of warehouse and/or distribution work experience
Must be able to work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for the position
Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift
Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shift
Able to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e., cooler, freezer and dry
Able to operate powered pallet jack(walkie) and obtain certifications for powered equipment, such as Forklift operation
Pass post offer criminal background check
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1+ years foodservice distribution industry experience
Onboard computer and electronic log system experience (i.e., PeopleNet)
Hand-held point of delivery scanning system experience (i.e., POD)
Customer service-related work experience

Responsibilities:
As a member of our Warehouse team you will take orders from request to reality, in an environment where you’ll feel and create a culture of safety and family. You will safely move and track all inbound, outbound and stored products within the warehouse. This includes performing a number of tasks such as: offloading, stocking, selecting and replenishing products to ensure the warehouse is providing Core-Mark customers with exceptional service and quality.
Position Responsibilities:
- Selecting product in accordance with customer orders and delivery sequence.
- Consolidating merchandise into product containers and transferring to assigned stock locations.
- Directing extraneous inventory to storage area or dry room as applicable.
- Ensuring sufficient quantities of product to accommodate routine and/or special demands.
- Maintaining orderly work station; returns supplies and merchandise to assigned locations.
- Contributing to the safety and security and of the warehouse environment.
- Verifying and scanning proper location of products.
- Monitoring existing stock and transferring items where needed, dependent on circumstances.
- Separating larger units into pick quantities and shelving properly in pick areas.
- Performing other tasks and duties as assigned.
