ABOUT YOU:
We are looking for a motivated individual who is wanting to join a high performing, extremely knowledgeable and supportive team. You will possess:
- Excellent data entry skills.
- Experience with using Excel (intermediate).
- Automotive industry background (desirable).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
- Good phone and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Review and process dealer warranty claims to ensure maximum reimbursement from suppliers and OEM’s.
- Ensure all processed dealer warranty claims are submitted to the relevant Vendors and all outstanding claims are followed up promptly.
- Input credits from suppliers against individual vehicles.
- Register vehicles for warranty in system.
- Support the dealer network in a professional approach when handling warranty enquiries.
