JOB SUMMARY:
As a Warranty Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of warranty claims for vehicles. You will work closely with service advisors and technicians to facilitate warranty claim submissions, verify eligibility, and ensure compliance with BMW’s warranty guidelines. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in starting a career in the automotive industry, with a focus on warranty administration.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and review warranty claim information, including repair orders, parts invoices, and supporting documentation.
- Enter warranty claim data accurately and efficiently into the warranty system.
- Verify warranty eligibility and compliance with warranty policies and procedures.
- Communicate with representatives and technicians to resolve any warranty claim-related issues.
