About the role
We have an opportunity for a fulltime Warranty Supervisor to join our state-of-the-art dealership. You will ensure all warranty processes within the business are completed in line with manufacturer guidelines and are followed through to completion to maximise efficiency and income.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit warranty claims according to manufacturer guidelines
- Cost all warranty repair orders daily and communicate with management accordingly
- Submit prior approvals and returning parts to manufacturer if requested
- Review and report on the status of open warranty repair orders to management
- Reconcile claims submitted/reimbursements received from the manufacturer providing explanations for variances
Skills & Experience
- Preferred experience in an administration role in a similar environment.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional computer literacy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Sound computer skills
- Mechanical knowledge an advantage
