About the role
We have an opportunity for a fulltime Warranty Supervisor to join our state-of-the-art dealership. You will ensure all warranty processes within the business are completed in line with manufacturer guidelines and are followed through to completion to maximise efficiency and income.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit warranty claims according to manufacturer guidelines
  • Cost all warranty repair orders daily and communicate with management accordingly
  • Submit prior approvals and returning parts to manufacturer if requested
  • Review and report on the status of open warranty repair orders to management
  • Reconcile claims submitted/reimbursements received from the manufacturer providing explanations for variances

Skills & Experience

  • Preferred experience in an administration role in a similar environment.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional computer literacy
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Sound computer skills
  • Mechanical knowledge an advantage
