EDUCATION:

Required Education: High School or equivalent
Preferred Education: Associate’s or equivalent

EXPERIENCE (EMEAA):

Previous experience in either a Finance (Billing), Procurement, Commercial or Analytical role.
Excellent communicator with a positive outlook.
Team player approach and able to interface with all levels of stakeholders and suppliers.
Self-motivated, confident, driven, positive and flexible approach
Accuracy and attention to detail a pre-requisite.
Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong IT skills, with good experience of using Excel and Word applications.
Flexible working.
Strong numerical skills for account reconciliation.
A good knowledge of accounting practices.
Demonstrates the ability to gather and analyse facts and data, plus able to present any recommendations in a transparent and succinct manner.
Confident with analysing data and summarising information to support decision making
Proven record of continuous learning.
An understanding of UK contract law and legal terms and liabilities associated with supply agreements (desirable).
Working knowledge of the Healthcare Sector (desirable).
Able to effectively promote the Group’s interests in meeting with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

This position effectively manages the day-to-day activities to ensure accurate and timely billing and supplier relationship management (SRM) with Third Party Suppliers. Work effectively with the suppliers, finance, procurement and the commercial team. To support the Billing Team in delivering category management processes for Total Waste Management (TWM). To assist/implement Billing & Contract strategies that will deliver measurable significant savings against current expenditure levels.
