JOB SUMMARY

As a CBRE Waste Coordinator, you will coordinate waste planning efforts. This job is part of the Waste Management job function. They are responsible for the oversight of removal and waste management, recycling, and waste treatment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work
  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

The minimum salary for the Waste Supervisor position is $75,00 annually, and the maximum salary is $95,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.

Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure small to medium-sized waste shipments are accurately processed following all Federal, State, and local laws
  • Accept inbound orders for regulated waste requirements
  • Review all shipping documents, profiles, labels, and markings for each scheduled inbound order
  • Submit all completed waste stream profiles for approval. Record all relevant registers and ensure records are up to date
  • Protect the organization and clients from damage and loss. Report landscape damage Sr. Coordinator
  • Complete accurate Waste Shipment records. Prepare approved waste for outbound shipment
  • Use existing procedures to tackle straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion
  • Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail
  • Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area.
