ABOUT YOU

• A relevant degree qualification in a science, engineering or chemistry discipline or equivalent
• Demonstrated knowledge of Queensland state legislation and national guidelines relevant to drinking water quality assessment and compliance
• Demonstrated experience in recognising, investigating and problem-solving issues of a scientific or engineering nature, preferably in the public health or the water industry, with experience in developing reports and recommendations
• Familiarisation of water network operations and maintenance activities
• Experience with the standard suite of Microsoft products
• An efficient multi-tasker with a real passion for water quality
• Stakeholder management skills with well-developed interpersonal and written communication skills
