Reporting to Area Manager Maribyrnong, this is a pivotal role within the Waterways & Catchment Services North West team. Within this part time role you will be responsible for facilitating the delivery of Melbourne Water’s waterway and catchment obligations, programs and services in the defined geographical area. This will be achieved through:

• Planning and initiation of capital projects and proactive maintenance
• Management of complex internal and external customer service requests
• Provision of day-to-day and strategic customer relationship interface within the engaged communities, direct service customers, local governments and other relevant agencies and stakeholders
