Telenor Connexion – Roaming Coordinator
In this role, you will be part of an exciting, growing company with an entrepreneurial culture and a “can do” attitude. You will need to demonstrate a flexible but structured approach and the role will contain both internal and external interfaces.
As a Roaming Coordinator at Telenor Connexion, your key task is to make sure our roaming operations can run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Gather requirements from Sales and customers on roaming footprint and commercial conditions needed
• Communicate and follow-up roaming roadmap and targets
• Support in roaming related matters in customer RFXs
• Communicate with and respond to requests from our roaming partners
• Secure updated information on network sunsets with our roaming partners and distribute this internally and to our customers
• Update roaming related information in our internal systems
• Respond to internal roaming related inquiries and provide our internal organization and customers with coverage maps when needed
• Keeping process descriptions and routines relating to roaming accurate and up to date

This is a central role with many contacts both internally and externally. You will share these responsibilities with currently two (2) other Roaming Coordinators in our team. The Roaming Coordinator reports to the Head of Roaming & Traffic at Telenor Connexion.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Technical University Degree or equivalent
• At least 2 years’ experience in mobile telecommunications and specifically of international roaming is key in this role
• Good commercial understanding
• Fluent knowledge in English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of and experience from a M2M/IoT related area is a strong merit
• Experience with working in Salesforce and defining user stories/requirements for this tool is a merit
