Responsibilities:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Finance Leader for the Independent Advisor Group - Client Relationship Group (CRG) in Wealth and Investment Management as part of Wells Fargo Advisors.
The Finance Leader for the Independent Advisor Group will be responsible for all aspects of financial management in the Independent Advisor business lines - including driving annual budgeting and tracking, headcount and expense management, developing and monitoring key performance indicators to support business strategy and objectives, and coordinating process for regular business unit reviews. Leader will support investment decisions through development of business case
In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop team in support of financial advisory services for Independent Advisor Group on matters related to business performance, operating and strategic reviews
- Engage and influence financial analysis that may have critical impact on the long term business performance
- Direct a team to ensure effective consultation, recommendations and reporting on all various financial viability assessments
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
- Determine appropriate strategy for efficient and effective process in support of providing key finance services such as management reporting and key metrics forecasting
- Maintain functional ownership of various aspects of financial consulting services including technical advisory, delivery infrastructure, communication and engagement strategy and other key strategic aspects
- Develop policies and procedures for supported area of work within the function
- Lead team to achieve objectives
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in Finance
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
