Description:
At Avocet Wealth Partnership we want to develop you into a key member of the team and support your career journey with us. Some responsibilities will include supporting Advisors Practice Manager, assisting the operation and maintenance of effective systems and communicating with internal and external customers.
- Supporting the Advisors/Practice Manager by dealing effectively with the day-to-day business operation along with maintaining and updating client and prospect information
- Assisting with operating and maintaining effective systems, processes, and procedures (as directed), which enable the Advisors to optimise client meetings.
- Communicating effectively with internal and external customers.
- Support the Advisors/Office Manager to ensure the end-to end business process is adhered to and tracked efficiently in line with Advisor and regulatory standards.
- Assisting with maintaining accurate client information, files/records, ensuring that clients are placed into a review system as agreed with the Advisor.
- Liaise with Head Office & administration centres as directed.
- Assisting with preparing files including compliance required documentation; research; illustrations; supporting documentation, prior to client meetings.
- Assist with processing applications with product providers, advisers, clients, and other third parties to ensure that each case completes in a timely manner.
- Assist with preparing portfolio valuations as requested.
- Project a professional image in both appearance and attitude and provide quality support on time to agreed standards.
- Attend and contribute to regular update meetings with the Advisors/Practice Manager
- Maintain technical competence at an appropriate level to meet the requirements of the role.
- Maintain a good working relationship with colleagues, clients and third parties.
- To support the Advisors/Practice Manager and Admin Staff with and all projects.
- Attend forums and workshops as appropriate.
- To achieve daily and quarterly goals and satisfy the priorities agreed with the Advisors/Practice Manager.
Hours: 35.00 per week

You will attend Exeter College one day a week during term time working towards the Level 3 Business Admin apprenticeship.
You will also complete mandatory training and industry specific training with Avocet Wealth Partnership.
