Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish, maintain, and expand a network of clients by introducing them to the company and its Wealth Management platform.
  • Provide exceptional advice, service, and suitable recommendations to clients, focusing on understanding their needs, objectives, and risk tolerance.
  • Create personalized wealth management solutions and investment ideas.
  • Empower clients to make well-informed financial decisions by delivering clear, relevant, and timely information.
  • Submit progress reports regularly and promptly, including existing business and prospect pipeline.
  • File call reports consistently and promptly after client meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with the investment product and research department, contributing input to generate new investment and product ideas.
  • Adhere to regulatory requirements and the bank’s policies and procedures, such as the advisory handbook, cross-border rules, AML guidelines, and other risk/compliance issues. Report any irregularities or red flags promptly and diligently to the line manager or compliance officer.

Requirements:

  • The incumbent must be based in Singapore.
  • Possess 5-10+ years of direct client relationship management experience in wealth management or investment advisory sales.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
  • Hold a recognized university degree and relevant certification.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in client acquisition and retention.
  • Disciplined, with a deep understanding of the compliance and regulatory framework of the industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of investment products and market trends.
  • Strong skills in relationship management and sales.
  • Driven, client-oriented, and possessing strong business acumen.
