QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven track record of success in business development and marketing roles within the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, decentralized finance (DeFi), and other Web 3 concepts.
• Strong network of contacts within the blockchain community, including developers, investors, and industry influencers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to identify new business opportunities.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
