Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Saras Analytics is looking for a talented Web Analyst with a strong knowledge in web analytics concepts and data collection methodologies. This role will offer an excellent opportunity for those who have a passion to analyse data on user interaction, working closely with our product customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their website tracking needs and business objectives.
  • Design and implement effective GTM solutions, including tag setup, data layer configuration, and trigger creation.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of implemented tag to ensure accurate data collection.
  • Develop and maintain robust GTM documentation for clients.
  • Troubleshoot GTM implementation issues and provide ongoing support to clients.
  • Stay up to date on the latest GTM features and best practices.
  • Develop and deliver GTM training sessions for clients (optional).
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams (marketing, sales, development to ensure successful GTM integration within broader marketing initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience implementing and managing Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong understanding of web analytics concepts and data collection methodologies.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a plus).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
