As a Web Chat Customer Service Advisor with Ascensos, you will work within a fully supported environment, where you can demonstrate your commitment to providing outstanding customer support through your skills and personality.

We’re looking for brand-focused candidates with previous Web Chat experience to join our Customer Support team in Cape Town.

  • 12 months experience in a Customer Service Role servicing customers via Web Chat.
  • Highest Level of Education – Grade 12.
  • Clear criminal and credit record.
  • Excellent Language B2-C1
  • Writing skills
  • Language B2-C1
  • Ability to build rapport and communicate helpfully.
  • Enjoy a creative and hardworking office environment.
  • Keyboard/Computing skills.
  • Ability to research well and quickly.
  • Fantastic questioning skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Problem solving abilities.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for completing tasks to the best of your ability.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing first-class customer service via Web Chat.
  • Ensuring all communication with our client’s customers are handled professionally and promptly.
  • Recording details of customer comments on the database provided, leaving clear notes.
  • Demonstrating strong product knowledge to ensure all customer queries are answered correctly.
  • Taking ownership of the customer experience by providing excellent service.
  • Achieving the key targets set.
  • Adhering to quality standards and ensuring consistency in all interactions.
