Description:

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

This is a super opportunity to join a team that handles diverse requests in a fast paced environment. The person will have an opportunity to engage with Direct Channels on projects to optimise help sections of Group Web Services (GWS) in order to reduce call volumes. The main objective of the role is to process day to day web changes across the Group website. We engage with partners to better understand their product offerings and develop engaging, creative and relevant content for the group websites.
You will be a key part of the content management process for the Websites. This will include creating, editing and updating content across all websites. We work collaboratively with the Ecommerce and Performance Optimisation teams to ensure that the customer experience is improved at all times.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities:

  • Be aware of all legal, risk, technical and data protection aspects of site content and functionality.
  • Advise on the content management system (CMS) and provide regular training on new features/technologies deployed to the publishing team.
  • Work on JIRA ticketing system and input into its maintenance and future development.
  • Extract and analysis data from the ticketing system in order to improve efficiency of publishing team.
  • Create weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on team efficiency and ticket activity.
  • Work closely with key business areas to provide updated content for products and service messaging across the campaign, product pages and help centre.
  • Provide support to the wider team and key business areas on performance reporting to optimise customer journeys for each product.
