Stockport NHS Foundation Trust has an exciting opportunity for you to join our team of experienced developers building and maintaining a wide range of our in house developed clinical and non-clinical systems used to support the delivery of care to our patients. Working mainly in VB.net and numerous web-based technologies, the position will be split across development and integration. The position will have a clear career progression and provides exciting opportunities to demonstrate your skill and vision.
Designing, building, maintaining and supporting a range of clinical and non-clinical systems across the organisation. Building and maintaining numerous SQL databases including stored procedures, back-up and optimisation. Working with HL7 and interfaces to other systems to connect and send clinical data.
This post will be offered based on your level of skills and experience.

Because of the requirement to support highly critical clinical systems immediately and in conjunction with multiple people/departments, the role is primarily office based.
