As a Web Developer in the Digital Marketing team, your role is to design, develop, and maintain web-based solutions that enhance the overall customer experience across Ross’s digital platforms. Your projects will include the Ross AI Support Chat, which involves implementing and managing AI technologies within the server architecture using Microsoft Copilot Studio. Additionally, you will work on various customer-facing web properties such as the Ross website and other digital assets owned by Ross.
