PROFILE & SKILLS:

• >6 years of IT experience
• Coordinate the project team on an operational level to guarantee an optimized workflow and a better communication
• Strong management experience & leadership of international teams and people management (internal & external)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and hands-on mentality
• Deconstruct information into smaller categories in order to draw conclusions
• Great collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize effectively

• Developing, maintaining, and improving our digital platforms
• Identifying and managing risks to the delivery, including developing contingency plans
• Overseeing development stages
• Supporting problem-solving initiatives
• Translating product management strategies to tasks for development
• Learning the market and customers’ needs
• Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and development
• Staying accessible to development to answer questions
• Managing and prioritizing the product backlog
• Supporting Web Lead in strategic initiatives and overall strategy execution
• Ensuring the utility and functionality of digital tools
• Optimizing digital systems for better performance whereever necessary
• Leading the WebContent team
• Train & mentor the WebContent team for QA tasks
