JANSSEN - DIGITAL PLATFORM LEAD

Location: High Wycombe – J&J Flex – 2 Days remote
J&J Innovative Medicine is looking for a Digital Platform Lead to prioritise and run the development of technology platforms that underpin seamless and integrated users journeys.

  • Educated to degree level in marketing or business or equivalent +5 years hands-on platforms / product management experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the UK platforms owner, together with the Brand teams and the Content & Traffic Acquisition Lead, you will shape the UK platforms roadmap to ensure that UK business and customer needs are prioritised in a way that supports local strategies.
  • Proactively define and lead the standards of output for development agencies: maintain process and checklist documentation, train developers where needed, and solve technical issues as they arise.
  • Ensure new capabilities and services are compliant with UK ABPI code and lead their implementation to maintain compliance to technical standards.
  • Lead implementation of new functionality on web platforms, acting as the product owner and representing UK to EMEA who do the technical development. Ensure a seamless integration between any products/ tech / software that are connected into our platforms (e-events, e-learnings, CRM, analytics software etc) ensuring the technical stability and seamless customer experience. Activities include impact assessments, testing, documentation and perform training where required.
  • Lead a small team of digital experts responsible for all aspect of webmaster and UX/UI of UK web assets.
  • Supervise and report on platform performance versus global web standards including, load times, availability, alignment to WCAG and W3 accessibility standards, code integrity and usability.
