You’ll be pivotal in driving new customer acquisition through a broad spectrum of web and PPC-related tasks. This position is both strategic and hands-on, requiring a blend of big-picture thinking and direct involvement in our projects. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the required fields
  • Pharma industry experience is a must
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Strong cross-functional, lateral leadership skills and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in CMS platforms (preferably Drupal and WordPress) and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, GSC, etc.), as well as in managing paid search accounts and campaigns (Google, YouTube, Display, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Excellent understanding of SEO principles and experience with on-page, off-page, and technical optimization (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, or similar)
  • Familiarity with GTM, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, etc., and CRM systems (preferably with Sales Force, Veeva CRM, as well as Marketing Cloud)
  • Basic understanding of the programming languages (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript)
  • Solid understanding of web design principles and usability standards
  • Outstanding project management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
    This is a remote position, located in the UK, Switzerland, or Germany. You must be eligible to work in any of these countries. Travel required for this role is about 10 – 20 %.

Responsibilities:

Web

  • Lead the creation of the global web strategy for HCP and patient portals, staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Own & evolve the commercial websites portfolio & ecosystem (currently about 20 websites worldwide)
  • Develop and manage a cohesive web content strategy, collaborating with content creators
  • Analyze SEO performance, identify improvements, and implement optimizations (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO) to enhance visibility and rankings
  • Develop comprehensive web-related KPIs frameworks, dashboards, and regularly monitor performance
  • Ensure web design adheres to brand guidelines, usability standards, and best practices
  • With the support of an external vendor, administer and maintain CMS platforms (Drupal, WordPress) to ensure smooth operation and user-friendly interfaces. Customize CMS templates, manage user roles and permissions, and oversee content publishing workflows
  • Develop & enforce web governance policies, standards, and SOPs, incl. eGDPR
  • Provide strategic guidance, training, and support for marketers worldwide
  • Collaborate with IT and vendors for optimal web hosting performance and security
