Description:

Start date: 3rd June 2024
Salary: £24,640 Basic Salary plus £4,100 uncapped commission and Vodafone benefits.
Hours: 37.5 hours a week - Monday to Sunday Shifts Between the hours of 8am - 10:15pm
Location: Stoke Contact Centre + Working from home ( Hybrid working )
You will be required to work onsite at the Stoke-On-Trent Contact Centre for 50% of your shifts

WHO YOU ARE

You will be playing a crucial role within the Assisted Sales teams so we need someone who will always put the customer at the forefront of their mind and can keep up with the fast-paced environment. It will be a challenging but rewarding role so resilience is key, being able to bounce back from minor setbacks and keeping motivated for your next customer will be important. Sales experience isn’t essential as sales skills can be taught in role.

As this is a Hybrid role, in order to be successful when working from home, there are some minimum requirements that you would need to commit to:

  • Reliable internet connectivity. A LAN cable is preferable but not essential providing your internet meets the below minimum speeds: Min Download speed –10Mbps, Min Upload Speed –5Mbps
  • Able to work in a private and distraction free space that must have a door that you can close to keep out noise and where your laptop screen will not be visible to others due to Data Protection

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO

We are recruiting across our webchat (Live Chat) channel where you would be responsible for identifying new & existing customer needs and determining appropriate actions for resolution, delivering commercial KPI’s within our award-winning Assisted Sales estate and increasing our digital presence. Approaching every interaction with customers as an opportunity to increase revenue and customer experience, using solution-based selling and offering products and services that meet the customer’s needs. Growing and expanding our customer base.

  • Building rapport through an online Live Chat conversation platform whilst ensuring security compliance is met
  • Finding product solutions based on establishing customer needs & achieving KPI’s
  • Offering outstanding service to drive great customer satisfaction
  • Utilise tools and processes appropriately
  • Strive to meet defined metrics for productivity, quality, and customer experience.
  • Always act with good conduct, ensuring our customers are given correct and relevant information ensuring their needs are met and allowing them to make an informed decision.
  • Undertake regular learning and development and align with company and FCA requirements
  • Always adhere to company and regulatory policies and guideline
  • Partaking in Vodafone’s security vetting process whenever required
