Our Wedding and Events Sales Representatives play a pivotal role in ensuring that each wedding and event held at our venue is a seamless and unforgettable experience for our clients. This diverse role combines building relationships, sales and planning, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. The role reports directly to the Customer Excellence Manager and is part of a team based from our Commercial Hub in Rugby - Northampton (NN6 7XR).

Day-to-day responsibilities as a Sales Representative include:

• Managing and processing high volume of enquiries in accordance with brand standards
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and specific requirements for their event
• Booking show arounds with clients and allocated hotels, hosting regular virtual check-ins
• Provide detailed information about pricing, packages, and customizations
• Guide clients through the booking process, contracts, and payment procedures
• Liaise and communicate with internal staff as well as external suppliers as necessary to ensure efficient co-ordination of events
