The Tullamore Court Hotel is seeking a highly motivated and organized Wedding & Events Coordinator to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our weddings, conferences, and social events, from initial enquiry to execution.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
  • Passion for creating memorable experiences and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and implementing marketing campaigns: Collaborate with the DOS to develop and execute local marketing initiatives, including social media, website content, and local advertising.
  • Event coordination: Manage the planning and execution of weddings, conferences, communions, confirmations, party nights, concerts, and more.
  • Marketing and branding: Ensure all marketing materials and hotel branding are consistent and up-to-date, including website content, email marketing, and promotional materials.
  • Sales and lead generation: Convert event inquiries into bookings, follow up on leads promptly, and upsell additional services to maximize revenue.
  • Client communication: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations.
  • Reporting and analysis: Track the success of marketing campaigns and events, and prepare comprehensive reports.
