POSITION:

We are looking for a customer focused weekend Receptionist/Showroom Host, to join the busy team at our dealership at Taunton Ford.
Saturday’s 8.00am to 5.00pm and Sunday’s 10.00am to 4.00pm.
Past experience of welcoming customers face to face, dealing with enquiries over the telephone and some admin work are essential.
Friendly, great communication/IT skills and the ability to work as part of a team are requirements for this casual role where you will provide holiday and sickness cover:

REQUIREMENTS:

• Meeting and greeting guests coming to the dealership.
• Answering incoming enquiries into the dealership and directing these to the required department or team member.
• Light administration duties.
• Looking after guest amenities and providing refreshments.
• A key guest contact in the showroom, providing a warm and welcoming experience to all visitors.
• Controlling site visitors sign in register
