Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Weld Cell Operator will set and operate automated weld machines.

YOUR OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL FOCUS ON…

  • Setting automatic weld machines
  • Producing parts to drawing, deburring, cleaning and packaging to set procedure
  • Inspecting parts using measuring equipment, Gauges, Verniers, Micrometres etc.
  • Completing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), production rates, work place organisation, front line operator asset care (FLOAC), maintenance and cleanliness of machine equipment
  • Complying with Company Core Values & Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) practices at all times
