Description:
Overview:
The Well-Being & Resiliency Coordinator II (Coord II) assists in creating and bringing Novant Health’s well-being and resiliency programs, initiatives, and support to our deeply committed healthcare teams. The ideal candidate will be passionate about enriching the lives of others, and their own, through a variety of systemwide well-being offerings. This role will partner with department leadership, up to and including our SVP & Chief Well-Being Officer, to ensure smooth program delivery and OWBR operations. The Coord II will also interface with all OWBR team members, providing administrative and clerical support to as needed, including managing calendars, program/event logistics, and client/vendor relations. The Coord II will serve as a well-being champion and thought partner, acting as a subject matter expert and liaison between the OWBR and other departments and teams. The Coord II will assist in enhancing Novant Health’s well-being culture, by contributing to a variety of well-being and resiliency care efforts: e.g., peer support, team member listening, job family resources, grant and donor relations. The Coord II will also serve as a mentor and liaison to other coordinators, new hires, interns, and other support roles.

Qualifications:
- Education: High School or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, Preferred.
- Experience:
- 4 Years Administrative support experience, preferred.
- 2 years Healthcare administrative support experience, preferred.
- 1 Year Well-being program delivery (or other involvement), preferred.
- Additional skills required:
- Planning, coordination and event support required for various programs (both in person and virtual).
- Must be able to travel/drive to other locations/facilities as needed for in-person program support; overnight stays will be required at times.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, ever changing environment.
- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to use a variety of software packages, such as: Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and demonstrate a high degree of familiarity and comfort with technology/digital meeting platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to successfully complete company-wide and department-specific skills validation and competency testing.
