  • Looking for a Wellbeing Consultant to join our AUSPAC People Team!

Responsibilities:

We’re looking for an experienced Wellbeing Consultant to implement and maintain programs to enhance the wellbeing of our employees aligned with the QBE Australia Pacific Wellbeing Strategy. This newly created part time role will be central to championing wellbeing initiatives at QBE and contributing to a safe, respectful and inclusive culture where employees feel valued and supported.
As the Wellbeing Consultant, you’ll influence internal stakeholders to ensure wellbeing is integrated into our inclusion strategy, leadership practices and People objectives, to support a culture that drives a proactive approach to wellbeing.

You will also;

  • Leading the QBE “Thriving at Our Best” holistic wellbeing strategy, focussing on enhancing employee wellbeing to drive engagement, performance, and productivity.
  • Delivery of written communications across the wellbeing portfolio including promotion of the Unmind mental health app, developing case studies and sharing employee stories to bring our strategy to life.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders both in AUSPAC and globally, to understand opportunities to enhance wellbeing and influence design to support wellbeing outcomes.
  • Work closely with Communication teams to drive the integration of wellbeing into business and communication strategies to foster leadership buy-in and employee engagement.
  • Gather and utilise feedback, data insights and external benchmarking to proactively measure progress and drive positive change to deliver targeted solutions.
  • Strengthening the network of internal and external wellbeing resources, ensuring leadership and employee access to support services.
  • Championing workplace wellbeing, contributing thought leadership and research insights to position QBE as an employer of choice.
  • Support with implementation, delivery and evaluation of team wellbeing challenges.
  • Coordination of events and webinars including assistance in preparing briefing packs and event set up.
  • Work with Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing and Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing Manager to actively contribute to broader team goals and projects to bring our culture to life.
